
HR Generalist
Job Description
We are seeking an HR generalist responsible for extending the development team at Sensidev, in accordance with requests from different projects and customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to source candidates based on job descriptions commonly accepted with the decision-making people on the project.
This job position does not require a standard work schedule — we’re open to freelance as well. As long as you have a strong work ethic and deliver the necessary tasks, you can organise your work as you please.
The Perfect Candidate
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter, Talent Sourcer or similar role
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Passionate about recruiting talented developers
- Creative when it comes to implementing new strategies
- Self-accountable, proactive and determined
- Excellent communication skills
- English level Professional
- Proficient using productivity software tools
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct full cycle recruitment
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, GitHub)
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Handle administration and record-keeping
- Handle onboarding for new collaborators
- Come up with innovative ideas to increase retention with our existing staff
